Tour Judaica is a new facility headed by Godfrey & Hazel Fischer. Godfrey has over 40 years experience in the travel industry and is active in Jewish community affairs in East Kent, England. Hazel, who has a keen interest in history and Jewish heritage, also runs her synagogue’s Religious Education Outreach programme for local schools.
Basis of the tours. The tours are tailor-made for private groups, educational and religious establishments and for those interested in history and heritage. (Some tours will be available for individuals to join).
Wherever possible, time will be set aside to meet the local Jewish community and join a synagogue service.
Kosher food will be arranged when available. Otherwise vegetarian meals will be provided.
Guest speakers. Where relevant, each tour will be accompanied by a guest speaker whose knowledge of the Jewish history of the destination will enhance the journey.
Financial security. Tour Judaica is a marketing organisation. Travel arrangements are made in conjunction with UK bonded tour operators covered by ATOL, ABTA, ABTOT or Travel Trust schemes.
